Hi there, I'm Louise and along with my wonderful team of engineers I plan to work and deliver the Window Doctor way to our customers. In my spare time I enjoy being with my family. I love to cook, but also enjoy eating out! I also like to try and keep fit, I enjoy walking and biking, and I love a gallop on the beach when we visit family in Wales.
Hi, I'm Lora, the New Business Coordinator here at The Window Doctor. I have a passion for providing excellent customer service and I will look after our amazing customers through their journey with us. In my spare time I enjoy a good TV series, attending music concerts and walking my dog in the countryside.
I'm Fi, and I'm kept busy day-to-day helping our customers with everything from booking surveys to settling payments. I love working with my fellow office team and our fantastic service engineers. When I'm away from work family is everything. I love spending time with my husband and children... but I can confirm this can be just as stressful as being at the office!

My name is Allen. I started The Window Doctor as a sole-trader back in 1991 as I realised that there were no companies locally offering solutions to repair doors and windows, they only sold new ones. As a result, The Window Doctor Was born! From there, I started to offer a friendly, great value service to local customers wanting new glass units installed and windows and doors repaired.
